We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. There are exceptions to this policy for personalised items or for hygiene reasons such as earrings for pierced ears as we do not accept returns for these items.
Please contact us to request a return before sending the item back as it is not always necessary to return it. We may ask for a little additional information such as a photograph if an item arrives damaged. At this point we may be willing to replace / refund the item without the need to return it as it cannot be re-sold.
If an item does need to be returned to us then please ensure it is in the same condition you received it and that it is in its original packaging and that it is adequately packaged to survive the courier.
Once we receive a return we will give it a quick inspection and if all is as it should be then we will issue a return/replacement as agreed usually within 24 hours.
If we have made a mistake then we will always cover the cost of return postage - usually by supplying the return label. But if the item is being returned because it was ordered in error, or you just didn't like it then although we are still happy to accept the return, we do ask that you cover the cost of the return postage.
